I compared page for page 2006 and 2004 editions of Kaplan Medical USMLE Step one Qbook and was very surprised: Kaplan did not amendment one word in QBook over past four years. Well, I even have to be utterly honest: they modified 2004 for 2006 in most instances. I owned each and regret I bought latest edition myself. there have been solely few minute changes since 2002 and none of them affected answers (few question stems were re-written in 2004). So, if you are actually need to waste your cash, get latest edition of Kaplan books.
Excellent alternative if you would like to induce in form for USMLE Step one.It was terribly helpful on behalf of me to review Kaplan lecture notes and answer queries from the book at identical time.Qbook helps to place the information from lecture notes into correct places.Also it's not enough to be prepared for the communication, however it's smart place to begin anyway.
